being reminded of an ability that has always been yours anyway!

oneself and the ability to help others heal themselves is one that has at all
times been available to everyone. No special skill set is necessary; only a
willing mind and open heart are required.

As we all know, the person who has no interest in a
subject will never learn it (at least not willingly!), while the person who is
